I was amazed when my home city become a wifi area and it was my dream it will happened and it really dream come true. But I was stun when I open my wifi celphone expecting that the wifi is open and free for everybody to enjoy wifi connectivity for free but its not. I always go to SM bacolod to enjoy free wifi which most of us internet fanatic enjoying most.
How can we enjoy wifi connectivity in our own home city? Some know the code but they don’t to shared it and its just exclusive to them. We are all waiting for these to happen here in Cadiz but it seems its not posible to everyone of us. Please honorable Patrick Escalante, our Mayor! Please allow us to enjoy wifi in our own home City??
