About Cadiz News

First, let me welcome you to the Oldest and Pioneering News and Tourism Website Portal in Negros Occidental especially in Cadiz City. Cadiz-City.com has already been serving the Community for the last 7 years. In the early years we were first located at www.cadiz-city.net (which we still are), yet have now for the last 3 years moved to the more commercial domain www.cadiz-city.com.

In the seven years we were operating, we are supported only by a handful of commercial sponsors located in Cadiz and the site was operated with the help of the web services firm www.imbitasyon.com. Thus it is considered that CCcom (this site) as a privately owned and commercial effort although we are sometimes being claimed as an “Official” government or tourism support arm. In a short stint in 2011, CCcom has been tasked to help with the marketing and image campaign of the City Government and has obliged. Prior to that and after that year, we have been operating solely in the expense of the commercial sector.

CCcom has been trying to post comprehensive and concise details about the City of Cadiz and to provide information to the Community. We would like to consider ourselves as being “Powered By The People”, and for the last 7-Years, you have never seen CCcom ever putting on this site Advertising and other programs to either promote ourselves or our personal interests. In this light, 2013 and on-wards, we will be accepting support from any sector in exchange for promotional advertising and custom reviewed articles and will be indicated on each posts as such. Public service announcements will be labelled as such and Official posts from CCcom will not have any of these labels. So bear in mind two labels which are: This is a Public Service Announcement, for posts that are requested as a public service post and finally Sponsored Post, which will be written after posts that are sponsored.

Interaction:

We highly encourage interaction within this site, there are Four (4) ways you can do that. First on the right-hand side we have several options and first stop is our Community Facebook page you can “like” so that more recent updates and promos will be posted on your FB wall. Second, there is a CHAT ROOM wherein you have the option to privately chat with other community members or chat away on the general lounge area (this feature is new and introduced only this 2013).

Third and most important is the Comments Area, you can leave comments to our postings so that we can gauge opinions on each post and therefore get a pulse of what is up and what is the concern of the community regarding each topic we post. Lastly, we have the Feedback Wall, which are wall to just leave us general messages and greetings which you can consider as our “Guest Book” as well.

Thank You for Your Continued Support for www.cadiz-city.com!!!

Old About Content:

This is a site dedicated to all Cadiznon’s. We were formerly located at a different domain, with a slightly similar site look. We have been present in the web for 3-plus years running the portal and on our third year we have been attacked by unscrupulous people who seem bent to stop our community service with the people of Cadiz. In this light, we have come back stronger and eager to serve you in two new addresses. If you want to support us, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime. You can always advertise your business on our site in exchange for your support.

Thanks for continuing to support CCnet and the new CCcom!!!

Hi Ivy, You left a similar comment in multiple locations on the site, anyway to answer your question. PACO falls is located at Sitio Alimatoc, at Barangay C.S. Villacin.

It is easy to go there, but be aware that is around 30kms or more from the Cadiz City proper.
