How do We Get To Bantayan Island?
There are boat trips from Cadiz to Bantayan to those who want to ship off from Cadiz. The New Cadiz City Port has a commercial ship for this purpose, we are still gathering trip schedules for this said ship, as according to our researchers, the bound for bantayan ship is currently under maintenance and has temporarily stopped operation.
However, you can still get there by getting here in Cadiz through the Ceres Bus Terminal, from there you get a tricycle ride to the bantayan port, most local tricycle drivers will already know where to drop you off for your trip.
It would take about 2.5 to 3.5 hours from Cadiz to Bantayan depending on sea conditions. There are only small ferries that cater to trips to bantayan. They are also reliable but ships-off at random hours during the day. You can also privately hire these boats for your trip for privacy and touring purposes.

How do We Get To Lakawon Island?
Lakawon Island Resort is a White Island Beach Resort here in Cadiz City. You can get there through a 25-minute boat ride from Cadiz Viejo, which is 48 kilometers from Bacolod. (See info above on How to Get to Cadiz)
The white sand beach of Lakawon Island is rich in coral reefs and studded with coconut and talisay trees. About 9 hectare, the island resort offers tourist lodges, tents, shed houses, amenities and other facilities to make your stay enjoyable.
Since water is calm and the island is “Virgin-like”, it is great for Snorkeling and other water activities.
You can get there from either setting your trip for Cadiz City first or directly from Bacolod or Silay Airport. You still just need to ride the same bus trip but just make sure you get dropped off in Kaduhaan which is a town in Cadiz City.
From there you can take a tricycle ride to Cadiz Viejo which is another town in Cadiz.
From there, there will be a small sea port where motorized boats are waiting to take you to Lakawon Island Resort.
All in all at this point it will take you around 30 minutes of travel from Kaduhaan.
